Gene : 113633877 Homo sapiens

Description  This genomic region represents a DNase I hypersensitive site, DHS19 or 3849 + 12.5 kb (intron 19) DHS, located in an intron of the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) gene. This DHS is cell-type-restricted and has been observed by the DNase-chip procedure in primary human tracheal epithelial cells. This region can associate with interferon regulatory factor 1 (IRF1) and nuclear factor Y (NF-Y) in vivo. [provided by RefSeq, Nov 2018]
